Transform experiences of daily life to a work of art, always original, new and exciting. How come the mind training can do that? Simply because monotony often comes from absent - mindedness.
Practice brings also removing of stress and returning into harmony. We can say we are Conscious of our body to a certain extend. We are aware of the physical or emotional perceptions, thoughts, but through the gaps of awareness undesirable factors like stress sneak in. Imagine having a firewall of pure mind through which nothing will enter without consent: it would mean no worries, many modern age diseases will not be able to manifest…
- Women will discover they can remain much longer in good states (happiness, fulfilment, orgasm) and it will be easier for them to exit at will negative emotional states, in this way they will gain more stability.
- For men it will become easy to make good decisions fast and have a clear overview of any situation. They will become more attractive and amplify their natural authority.
We will practice different techniques at each meeting, so you can find the one that naturally clicks with you.
